Universal Mental Health & Fitness Awareness (UMHFA) is a wellness-forward organization offering certified Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training, bootcamp-style fitness programs, trauma-informed workshops, and a sober community space called The Kickback.

Our programs are rooted in real life. We meet people where they are, in schools, in community spaces, and soon, in our very own Eastvale wellness center.

What is Mental Health First Aid?
Learn what participants can expect from a certified MHFA course, as outlined by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.
Simple Online Enrollment
Just as CPR helps you assist an individual having a heart attack, Mental Health First Aid helps you assist someone experiencing a mental health or substance use-related crisis. In the Mental Health First Aid course, you learn risk factors and warning signs for mental health and addiction concerns, strategies for how to help someone in both crisis and non-crisis situations, and where to turn for help.
Professional Mentors
Mental Health First Aid teaches about recovery and resiliency – the belief that individuals experiencing these challenges can and do get better, and use their strengths to stay well.

Our staff of professional mentors are there every step of the entire process. Upon course completion, everyone will feel empowered to facilitate and respond to most mental traumas.

Empowering Every Team One Mind at a Time!
